• Technical and usage logs: Retained for twelve (12) months on active systems, then archived for up to three (3) years for security and fraud investigation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with 4jl's data disposal procedures.

In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days with prior notice to you.

If 4jl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21 without appropriate parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on 4jl, please contact our support team immediately.

The 4jl platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment gateways (GCash, PayMaya) and game software providers. While 4jl takes care to work only with reputable partners, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services that operate independently of the 4jl platform.
